RxMaster and RPMS work together to provide better ROI for Independent Pharmacies

Recently RxMaster and RPMS collaborated to implement RPMS' prescription pricing system and monthly prescription analysis reporting for a mutual customer. In doing so, the customer was able to improve profit margins by segment of business as well as improve upon other key performance indicators that have led to substantial bottom line improvements.

Both companies have been in existence since 1987 and work with independent pharmacies across the country.  When the RxMaster client expressed interest in becoming a Client of RPMS, RxMaster responded by agreeing to make a dispensing system modification to their system that would enable efficient implementation of RPMS' solutions and support.

RxMaster also enhanced their monthly sales summary reports that further allowed RPMS to analyze performance on a monthly basis. In short, RxMaster answered the call of the pharmacy and did what it took to accommodate their customer's specific needs. 

Both RxMaster and RPMS have a reputation for meeting the specific needs of each of their individual clients and that is what makes the synergy of this partnership truly a unique and beneficial experience for the client.  Both companies recognize independent pharmacies face new challenges every day and each pharmacy has unique needs according to their specific facility and operational procedures.  Sometimes that means taking the extra step to create a program that works to meet a specific request for an individual pharmacy.  RxMaster and RPMS feel creating solutions specific to the individual client is key to giving clients the ROI they want and deserve in 2010.
